The experience will begin with an active, shaking meditation inspired by the controversial Osho dynamic meditation. After addressing the body, participants will go deeper into the energetics with breathwork to unlock patterns, revel emotions that keep you stagnant and to assist in surrendering to the sound, taking you on a deep dive into your consciousness through an epic sound journey.
