INTRODUCTION TO SACRED SOUND IMMERSION

This introduction program is for those who are interested in immersing themselves in a deep journey of life transformation and knowledge through Sound. It is designed specifically for those who would like to learn how to use sound for their own meditation practice as well as an offering in private and group settings for others.

The course will introduce the science, basic principles of vibration, the diverse healing applications from different cultures and an exploration of more modern techniques. The outline of the course will include philosophical lectures about Sound as well as the “how to” use & play different instruments in different settings. (no musical background needed)

Learn the foundational concepts of sound from a scientific perspective as well as various spiritual paths.
Build a meditation practice with Michelle’s guided techniques & exercises. Dive into vedic (yogic & buddhist principles) philosophy in understanding energetic systems of the body as it applies when using sound.

Refine your understanding and awareness of vibrational healing to serve individuals and groups

Learn the use and application of crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, handpan & gongs in a therapeutic environment..
Learn different breath techniques accompanied with sound instruments.
Build an understanding of set, setting & intention in sharing sound.

Intro to the Art of Gongs is also included in the program.
